How do I find the right fit?
Compare lens width, bridge and temple length with a comfortable frame you own. Printed measurements are a starting point; bridge comfort, temple fit and trying the frame complete the choice.
Can I try frames in store?
Yes, visit any of our three stores. If you have a particular model in mind, ask the team to confirm that it is available at your chosen store before visiting.
Are all listed brands in stock?
The brand directory introduces eyewear names and lens technologies. Actual availability depends on published products or confirmation from the team; a logo does not mean every model is stocked.
Does a price include prescription lenses?
Check each product description and what its price includes. Prescription lens packages will be offered once their options and prices are confirmed; do not assume lenses are included with a frame.
How do I request care or warranty support?
Bring the eyewear and proof of purchase to a store, or send an enquiry first. Coverage depends on the product and purchase terms; proposed work and any cost are explained before it begins.
