What does the warranty cover?

Duration and coverage depend on the product, brand and terms supplied at purchase. Do not assume accidental breakage, scratches or misuse are covered; the assessment and your product terms determine coverage.

Clarity before work starts

We explain the proposed service, repair feasibility and any expected cost before work is approved. Avoid bending the frame or using household glue before an assessment.

Care for your glasses

Use a clean microfibre cloth and a suitable case. Avoid high heat and abrasive products, and follow the lens and frame manufacturer’s care instructions.
